Abstract: The study examines the impact of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) on women empowerment, focusing on the ways these groups promote economic independence, social mobility, and decision-making capabilities among women. Self-Help Groups have emerged as a powerful tool for collective action, allowing women from various socio-economic backgrounds to come together, share resources, and develop entrepreneurial skills. This research explores the multifaceted empowerment that SHGs foster, including enhanced financial literacy, access to credit, and improved income generation.
