Contribution of Tax Control to Improving the Quality of Accounting Information: Field Study at the Tax Center of Tlemcen, Algeria

Abstract: : The study aims to investigate how tax control might enhance the caliber of accounting data. A questionnaire was given to the staff of the Tax Center in Tlemcen (Algeria), in order to accomplish this purpose. Findings showed that thanks to the controller advice and recommendations, tax supervision successfully raises the caliber of accounting data.
