Abstract: Notable Highlights • Continued to hold four quarterly face-to-face Si CMC meetings per year • Four model candidates found for the ESD-FET model standardization Phase I evaluation • The SiC standardization effort is now in Phase II with five model candidates • Now waiting for avaliability of actual device measurement data to evaluate/compare accuracy among the five candidates. • The Random Telegraph Noise (RTN) standardization has also entered Phase II with two model candidates OMI (Open Model Interface) released a major Version 2.0 and won the annual Si2 Power of Partnerships Award • One new version of the Verilog-A linter program VAMPyRE was released • 9 new versions of existing standard models were released. • Invited talks from academia and the industry for all four quarterly meetings • CMC currently has 30 members, and is responsible for 20 official worldwide standards.
