Economic Significance and Modern Solutions of Uzbekistan's Accession to the Eurasian Economic Union: an Analysis of Problems and Opportunities in the Integration Process

Abstract: Uzbekistan's entry into the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) holds significant strategic value for its economy, offering fresh opportunities in foreign trade, investment, and labor migration. This article examines the economic advantages associated with the integration into the EAEU, focusing on factors like the increase in export volume, influx of additional investments, and financial transfers. Concurrently, it addresses challenges such as the potential for decreased competitiveness, protectionist tariffs, and the need for regulatory adjustments. The article elaborates on the potential for advancing logistics, the digital economy, and green technologies within the EAEU context. The suggested contemporary solutions, especially industrial upgrades, the enhancement of digital infrastructure, and the productive integration of Uzbekistan into the EAEU through the improvement of human capital, can be achieved. The article wraps up with remarks focused on safeguarding national economic interests and ensuring stability.
