This research is accomplished following the mixed methods combining both qualitative method and quantitative method including both primary data and secondary data. The findings of the paper reflect the challenges such as technological limitations, inconsistent internet access, and an absence of digital literacy among students and instructors pose significant barriers. Additionally, cultural resistance to technology integration and the absence of well-designed, context-specific MALL tools further complicate implementation. By following the targeted policy measures, professional development for educators, and the development of localized MALL solutions, the Bangladeshi English language learners would maximize their proficiency at tertiary level.
