D2.2: Social innovation analyses to ensure fair transition

Abstract: In this deliverable we apply a series of different methods, including: 1) a systematic literature review, 2) we apply a method called Value Assessments of Relative Importance (VARI) to analyse perceptions across contexts and people, particularly to analyse perceptions of digital divide and of relevance of readiness level categories, such as technological, economic, environmental, social and societal, and we conceptualise to come with new recommendations of taking the multiple readiness levels into policy considerations.
