Abstract: Andrena (Diandrena) gnaphalii Cockerell, 1938 ** [Holotype: ♂ Avalon, Catalina Island, Los Angeles Co., California, US] Andrena gnaphalii flies early in the morning and collects pollen only from Agoseris Raf. (Thorp 1969). We collected the first specimen of Andrena gnaphalii recorded in Mexico. The specimen (1 ♀) was collected in April 2021 in the Chaparral (MABC). See fig. 10.
