Abstract: Challenging Landau's framework of phase transitions, this work introduces a model of phase bifurcation without thermodynamic chaos. It frames criticality as a modulation in the accessibility field regulated by δ∗. Rather than statistical symmetry-breaking, the PQF model foregrounds topological reorganizations driven by Recursio Intensitatis.
