Abstract: Deliverable 2.1 (Requirements and Prototype Specification) provides an overview of the requirements agreed upon by the NEMO consortium for the implementation of all objectives, demonstrators and KPIs. This report shows the procedure coming from the objectives to the requirements for implementation of the NEMOs demonstrators zBMS and zBMS+ and the cell selection used for the demonstrators.
