Abstract: The article presents the professional development needs of teaching and management staff regarding the design and organization of educational activities in the classroom. The article includes experimental data from a diagnostic educational experiment, where a questionnaire was applied and information was collected on the addressed issue. The epistemological benchmarks of several researchers were stated as a basis. The survey results identified certain issues faced by teachers and managers in managing educational activities within educational institutions.
