Abstract: In an era of information overload, the ability to extract meaningful summaries from large textualdocuments is critical for improving productivity and decision-making. This paper presents an AIpowered document summarization web application that leverages the BART transformer model forabstractive summarization. Designed with a user-friendly Streamlit interface, the system supportsmultiple file formats including PDF, DOCX, and TXT. Summaries are automatically saved and retrievedper user using Firebase Firestore, enabling efficient document management and continuity. This projectdemonstrates the integration of modern Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques with scalablecloud storage to create an intelligent and accessible summarization tool.
