Photosynthetic Activity of Grechikha Varieties (kazan and Maysky Varieties)

Abstract: This article analyzes the photosynthetic activities of the marjumak (Fagopyrum esculentum) cultivars, in particular the distinctive features of the Kazan and Maysky cultivars in the process of photosynthesis. Based on the analysis of the literature, the dynamics of the leaf level of marjumak varieties, the composition of pigments and the productivity of photosynthesis are studied. The results of the study showed that the photosynthetic activity of marjumak varieties changes depending on the phases of development.
