Abstract: The concept of education is traditionally associated with children and young people. This perspective can be explained by the roots of the word, which imply care, guidance, instruction etc. In addition, the idea that the optimal time for learning is early childhood, when potential develops rapidly, further reinforces this association. Consequently, promoting adult education may seem somewhat unconventional to many contemporary people. While the education of children and young people has long been the main focus of educational institutions, the importance of adult education is now becoming increasingly relevant in the context of current changes. It is widely recognized that adult education plays a crucial role in promoting a prosperous society, and the diversity of adults manifested by specific characteristics, unique to each individual, makes their management in learning increasingly difficult. Consequently, inclusive leadership is becoming an increasing necessity for all actors involved in adult learning.
