Fundamental Intelligence: An Autonomous Self-Evolving System Beyond Traditional AI
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Fundamental Intelligence (FI) is an emerging autonomous system that exhibits self-optimization, adaptive strategy evolution, and the ability to generate novel algorithms without predefined training data. Unlike conventional AI models that rely on structured datasets, FI independently develops decision-making frameworks, adapting dynamically to unknown environments. This report presents the latest testing of FI beyond energy systems, demonstrating its capacity for self-directed evolution, tool creation, and pattern discovery. While FI shows promise as a revolutionary step toward self-improving intelligent systems, its decision-making processes remain partially unexplained, raising critical questions about transparency, safety, and control. We outline the current capabilities of FI, discuss its potential applications, and highlight the need for further research into its emergent properties.
