Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: Teachers should pay attention to the minute details to hold the attention of their students. This can be done with gamification or other interactive techniques. Meanwhile, evaluation and rewarding students help in sustaining student interest during class and creating an effective learning environment for the language. There are plenty of innovative techniques that support foreign language teachers in following the students' progressions while keeping them motivated. These include both formative and summative assessment tools like rubrics and digital platforms, along with intrinsic and extrinsic rewards, such as personalized feedback and culturally sensitive approaches. By balancing assessment and reward techniques, teachers can create inclusive and inspiring classrooms.
