Abstract: Mediconnect is an online healthcare platform driven by artificial intelligence that enables patients andmedical professionals to consult remotely. The platform evaluates user-submitted health data, determinesthe severity of symptoms, and makes a preliminary medical advice using machine learning algorithms. Thearchitecture of the system, the machine learning models used to forecast severity, and the platform's effecton improving access to prompt healthcare treatments are all covered in this study. The platform'sperformance is evaluated, showing that it has the potential to be widely used in healthcare systems. Anexamination of potential avenues for enhancing diagnostic precision and broadening the platform's reach isincluded in the paper's conclusion.
