Abstract: Effusion fluids examination through the cytopathologically diagnostic of cellular level of reactive mesothelial cells, malignancy, benign and any type of body inflammation screening and routinely processing. Direct smears is not accurate reasult in effusion fluids and best for cell block examination cellular morphology, Cellularity. The morphologically of cellularity were good help by direct smears and cell block as compared to direct smears, Contributaion accurate diagnosis on effusion fluids.
