Abstract: The Awareness-Origin Unified Field (AOUF) model proposes a novel framework that integrates consciousness, quantum entanglement, and the four fundamental forces through a dynamic consciousness field \(\Phi(S, t, x^\mu)\). Utilizing EEG data, dynamic entropy \(S(t)\), and coupling coefficients \(k(t, x^\mu, S)\), the model explores how emotional states may manifest as quantum entanglement, with \(\Phi \approx 1.268\) emerging as a key empirical constant. Key results include a decoherence rate modulation (\(\gamma_k \approx -0.0238 \, \text{s}^{-1}\), deviation < 0.045\%), gravitational wave frequency shifts (\(\Delta f_{\text{GW}} \approx -8.79 \times 10^{-19} \, \text{Hz}\)), and a unified force description. This paper presents the theoretical foundation, experimental validations, and philosophical implications, advancing a consciousness-integrated physical theory.
