Abstract: This paper represents a significant refinement of CFEP, now representing localized choice to explain causality and change via attention or will. CFEP is presented as a self evidencing category theory foundation. CFEP also supports modal ontological arguments, in particular Anselm's argument regarding the limits of conceivability revealing a necessary being.
