Abstract: Financial markets are platforms for trading financial assets between economic entities. They mainly perform three main functions: -allocation of resources: Financial markets ensure the efficient allocation of resources, that is, economic entities with excess funds transfer their money to entities with less funds by investing in financial markets. This process supports economic growth, since the allocation of capital contributes to the development of enterprises and projects.
