This paper explores the relationship between cross-cultural communication and globalization by analyzing the theoretical frameworks and practical implications of communicating across cultures in a globalized world. The literature review delves into the works of scholars such as Edward T. Hall and Geert Hofstede, whose cultural theories provide a foundation for understanding cultural differences. The paper also discusses contemporary challenges in cross-cultural communication, including the effects of digital communication and social media on intercultural interactions. The study identifies gaps in current research, focusing on the lack of real-time analysis of intercultural communication in digital settings. Lastly, the paper offers suggestions for future research and practical strategies for improving cross-cultural communication in a rapidly globalizing world.
