Abstract: The automotive service sector is a crucial component of Uzbekistan's growing economy, driven by increased vehicle ownership and the rising demand for quality services. This article examines the current state of the sector, identifying key challenges such as insufficient infrastructure, skill gaps, and inconsistent service quality. It proposes strategies for improvement, including the establishment of service clusters, workforce development programs, technological integration, customer-centric approaches, and supportive policy measures. By implementing these strategies, Uzbekistan can modernize its automotive service industry, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to sustainable economic growth.
