Abstract: This research paper introduces a fully decentralized, Rust-based national citizen identity system designed to secure bioinformatics and military records. The architecture integrates Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI), Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP), blockchain, and encrypted biometrics, ensuring privacy, sovereignty, and protection against cyber threats.
