Abstract: : This study investigates the correlation between lecturers’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes and students’ satisfaction with online learning at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Pahang, Jengka Campus. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted students’ learning experiences, increasing the need to understand factors influencing online learning satisfaction. Using a systematic sampling method, data were collected from 101 students through questionnaires. The findings reveal that lecturers’ attitudes have the most significant influence on students’ satisfaction, followed by skills and knowledge. The study suggests that comprehensive training in online teaching pedagogy is essential for lecturers to enhance their performance and improve students’ online learning experiences. Further research is recommended to explore additional dimensions affecting online learning satisfaction.
