Abstract: Psychological well-being is a complex and multidimensional concept essential for an individual's quality of life. It reflects not only the level of life satisfaction but also the balance between various psychosocial, emotional, and relational aspects of a person. Understanding how different personal factors, such as gender, age, marital status, educational and financial levels, influence psychological well-being is crucial for developing interventions that can contribute to its improvement. The present study aims to explore these particularities using the Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire developed by Sv. Rusnac, which assesses six fundamental dimensions of psychological well-being, including self-acceptance and interpersonal relationships. Sv. Rusnac's proposed instrument addresses six core dimensions, such as self-acceptance and the quality of interpersonal relationships. By gaining a deeper understanding of how these dimensions are influenced by personal factors, we can design tailored interventions that support the development of authentic and lasting psychological well-being.
