Nano-Engineered Smoke-Absorptive Fabrics: A Sustainable Solution for Air Purification and Environmental Safety

Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: The development of functional textiles with air-purification properties offers promising solutions for enhancing environmental safety and indoor air quality. This study explores the design and fabrication of nano-engineered fabrics with smoke absorption capabilities, leveraging advanced nanomaterials and porous structures to capture and neutralize harmful airborne particles. Utilizing nano-porous materials, photocatalytic coatings, and adsorptive compounds, this research investigates the potential for these fabrics to effectively absorb and neutralize smoke and particulate matter.
