D5.1: Planning and setup handbook, and operational management report (1st version)

Abstract: The purpose of this deliverable is to set up the procedures for the implementation of the six Use Cases (UCs), and a detailed testing and operational management plan for the validation procedures in the field trails, which will be continuously updated and reported at the end of each testing and validation phase. The deliverable will define the framework setup for the implementation of the UCs, during the planning phase. This includes defining baseline conditions, relevant assumptions, as well as quantifiable metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, it encompasses the validation methodology, the planning and oversight of activities, and the ensuing learning process, all of which are accompanied by recommendations and best practices. These procedures were meticulously crafted and approved by all project partners before actual implementation to assess the feasibility and practicality of the UC validation and optimize their efficiency.
