Abstract: This study explores customer satisfaction levels among Jio SIM users in Coimbatore district, focusing on key factors such as network reliability, pricing, customer service, and overall user experience. Utilizing a survey of local Jio customers, we analyzed responses to assess satisfaction levels. Results indicate a high degree of satisfaction driven primarily by Jio’s competitive pricing and high-speed data services. However, some users reported issues with network congestion during peak times and varying customer service experiences. The findings highlight the importance of continuous improvement in network infrastructure and customer support to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty in this rapidly evolving telecommunications market.
