Abstract: The subject of the study is stimulation of agricultural processing. The purpose of the study is to determine the most effective ways of stimulating agricultural processing.Research methods. The article uses the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of analysis and synthesis, the comparative method, and the method of summarizing data.Work results. The article analyzes the main aspects of agricultural processing. The most effective ways of stimulating agricultural processing have been identified and characterized. The need to establish synergy between state structures, business and the public has been identified. Conclusions. Agriculture is an important component of the economy of many countries, and its processing plays an important role in ensuring food security and creating added value. In order to stimulate agricultural processing, it is necessary to introduce a comprehensive approach, that is investment in modern technologies, training of personnel and expansion of infrastructure. First, the introduction of innovative technologies will make it possible to reduce production costs and improve product quality. For this, it is necessary to cooperate with scientific institutions and make optimal decisions for each type of processing. Secondly, training and advanced training of employees is an integral part of the successful development of the industry. The organization of seminars and trainings will contribute to the implementation of new work methods and the increasing of productivity. The development of infrastructure, including refrigeration and transport systems and processing enterprises, will create the necessary conditions for the growth of production. Investing in these areas will increase competitiveness and contribute to the economic development of the regions.
