Developing Teachers' Testological Culture Through an Innovative Approach

Abstract: In the context of rapid development of information technologies and digitalizationof education, the development of a teacher’s testological culture is gaining particularimportance. Testological culture includes a set of knowledge, skills, andcompetencies necessary for the scientifically grounded design, implementation, andanalysis of tests in the educational process. This article examines the significance ofan innovative approach as a key tool in the formation and improvement of thisculture. Special attention is given to the integration of digital platforms, adaptivetesting tools, and analytical systems that ensure objectivity and validity inassessment. Methodological recommendations for improving teachers'competencies in the field of testology are presented. The content may be of interestto educators, pedagogical university staff, and academic researchers.
