Abstract: The aim of this study is to develop a VR tour system utilised by visitors to have a first-hand experience view of MTU environments. Prospective students with the desire to apply for admission into Mountain Top University but reside at long-distant locations face the challemge of not having a first-hand view of the school environment. The decision to travel from such long distances has been complicated by the high level of insecurity on Nigerian roads. There is recently no virtual tour system in place to help individuals navigate the environment, hence this study.
