Abstract: This paper introduces the Stratified Gravimetric Vacuum (SGV) model, proposing that the quantum vacuum is structured into discrete layers of virtual mass-energy.Each layer modifies local gravitational response, affecting light propagation, Casimir forces, and potentially explaining dark energy as a stratified effect.The framework is mathematically rigorous and offers two testable predictions via laboratory-scale and cosmological observations.
