Abstract: STATEMENT OF INTENT – ÌLÀNÀ ÌPẸ̀YÀ ENGLISH This paper is not written to define truth in any language, but to honor the silent structure that allows meaning to move across them. We do not claim authority. We claim participation. Our aim is not to replace anyone’s language, but to build a symbolic system that listens more deeply than grammar allows. If this work succeeds, it will not be because it is perfect—but because it helps another voice, in another place, carry its meaning without distortion. We believe every language carries a sacred pattern. The Protolanguage Buffer is offered in that spirit.
