Abstract: Lasioglossum (Hemihalictus) arizonense (Crawford, 1907) [Type: USNM; ♀ Arizona, USA] Sandhouse and Cockerell (1924) reported this species in the Lower Colorado Desert and the Gulf Coast regions of BC and BCS. However, what is currently known as Lasioglossum arizonense belongs to a species complex requiring further revision, potentially necessitating the description of new species. See fig. 182.
