Description of the metadata and data issued from the Zooprocess and UVPapp applications and imported or exported from the Ecotaxa application

Abstract: This file describes the metadata and measured features associated with objects in the images. These metadata and features, generated by Zooprocess (Underwater Vision Profiler 5, Zooscan, Flowcam) and UVPapp (Underwater Vision Profiler 6), are imported into Ecotaxa along with the corresponding images for classification. By design, Ecotaxa does not modify these data or features. The application only adds annotation information, as detailed in this document. Consequently, the data and metadata exported from Ecotaxa remain unchanged and do not vary across different Ecotaxa versions.
