Mukhālafa and the Halakhic Cut: Possest–PQF Analysis of the Review of Rabbinic Judaism as a Normative Filtration Field
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This paper proposes a bifurcational, non-comparative reading of halakhic divergence and Islamic legal formation through the operatorial framework of Possest–PQF. Instead of historical causality or theological comparison, the analysis centers on mukhālafa as a filtration operator — a structural response to saturation within mimetic normativity. The Review of Rabbinic Judaism (RRJ) is reconceptualized not as a textual repository, but as a dynamic filtration membrane — one that encodes legal resonance and refracts structural tensions between Judaism and Islam. Islamic law, from this perspective, is not a parallel development — it is the filtered residue of inaccessible halakhic intensities. Through the use of Possest operators such as \delta^*, \mathfrak{I}_{\text{mukh}}, and \Psi, this work introduces a topological reformulation of difference: Not as negation, but as bifurcated viability. RRJ does not record the law. It filters its collapse. Possest–PQF, bifurcation, filtration, halakha, Islam, mukhālafa, topology of law, normativity, recursion, impasse, RRJ, operatorial difference
