Abstract: In the era of rapid technological advancement, the integration of artificial intelligence into mobile devices has opened new possibilities for automation and enhanced user interaction. Virtual assistants are among the most innovative solutions in this domain, providing advanced support through natural language processing and user request analysis. With the evolution of artificial intelligence, these assistants can perform various tasks, ranging from providing information to managing daily activities.This thesis aims to develop an intelligent virtual assistant for mobile devices using OpenAI technology to enable natural and efficient communication with users. Through advanced artificial intelligence methods and the integration of modern mobile technologies, the application seeks to provide a personalized and useful experience for users. Furthermore, this study explores the challenges and opportunities of implementing a virtual assistant on mobile devices, analyzing the impact and benefits that such technology brings to everyday life.
