Algorithm for Optimization of Circular Dichroism of Chiral Metasurface

Abstract: The paper deals with the approach to the design of a metasurface with required properties. The sequence of actions for optimization of element parameters to achieve maximum circular dichroism is described. Special attention is paid to the choice of modes that minimize the calculation time. On the example of a specific metasurface the result of application of the considered algorithm is shown.
