Blockchain-Based Warehouse Data Storage with Prompt Engineering

Abstract: - This paper develops a modern method that combines blockchain systems with AI-based prompt engineering for handling warehouse ownership records and lease agreements. The proposed system establishes blockchain storage of warehouse ownership documents and warehouse lease contracts and maintenance documentation in a secure fashion. AI-powered prompt engineering introduces an interface that allows users to interact through a chatbot which automatically fills input values when completing data entry tasks. Through its interface the AI system extracts warehouse data as well as lease information and fills in essential fields automatically when users interact with it. The system which operates through Django and PostgreSQL alongside NLP models including OpenAI GPT and Gemini increases warehouse management efficiency while ensuring security and transparency. The Ethereum Sepolia testnet blockchain nodes maintain stored information pertaining to system entries which promotes decentralized access to data and secure storage of details. The analysis includes Blockchain and Warehouse Ownership and Lease Records together with Smart Contracts and AI and Prompt Engineering applications and Decentralized Data Storage systems that run on Sepolia Testnet and Gemini.
