Abstract: This article discusses management tools that allow a company to optimize its activities and increase its competitiveness when assessing the effectiveness of business processes. The article discusses methods and approaches that allow combining the assessment of business process efficiency with the assessment of strategic management. Assessment methods aimed at achieving synergy between operational efficiency and strategic direction are considered in detail. By using these methods, companies can improve their organizational structures, increase labor productivity, and adapt to changes in the external environment.
