Abstract: In the context of climate change, the current environmental situation in the sphere of land and water resources use is rapidly deteriorating. The salinization of agricultural lands, soil degradation, and the unsuitable state of fertile lands caused by the irrational use of land and water resources are sad. Therefore, the use of water-saving technologies, strengthening of melioration measures, and quality control of agricultural products grown on adjacent lands are the requirements of the modern era.
