The Feelings Table for Kids (and Grown-Ups Too!)
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Understanding how we feel is one of the most important things we can learn as humans. Whether you are a child or a grown-up, having a simple way to name your feelings can help you feel better, ask for what you need, and connect with others. This paper presents a friendly tool: The Feelings Table — organized into emotional families with colors, body zones, and easy meanings. We also include an Expanded Table for deeper and more subtle emotions, for grown-ups, healers, or curious children ready to explore the full spectrum of the human heart.
