Defining Interests in the Use of Natural Assets of the Shoreline Protection Belt in the Context of Blue Growth

Abstract: The definition of interests in the use of natural assets of the coastal protection strip in the context of blue growth is determined by the intersection of economic, environmental, and social aspects. This growth involves the sustainable development of marine resources, which makes the management of natural assets relevant. The purpose of the study is to determine economic, environmental, and social interests in this area based on scientific and methodological approaches. EU and Ukrainian regulations, scientific and analytical sources were used. Methods: dialectical, comparative, logical analysis. It was determined that the approaches are interdisciplinary in nature. The interests of stakeholders depend on the type of benefit, and asset management requires a balance between private and public interests. The proposed approaches contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals, the efficient use of resources, and the formation of a sustainable ecosystem.
