Abstract: Deliverable D7.2, Training Catalogue – Mid-Term Update, reports on the training needs of Research Managers (RMs) within the European Research Area (ERA), provides an overview of the main training initiatives available to RMs, and describes the key features of the CARDEA training modules. In addition to the deliverable, this record includes an Excel dataset and an accompanying README file containing data collected through a survey targeting employers of RMs. The survey was designed to gather information on current and future skills needs in the research management labour market. Its findings helped align CARDEA’s training provision with employment needs and supported the development of training programmes tailored to the specific skills required by RMs.
