A New Recurrent Formula of Prime Numbers and New Conjectures about Goldbach's Conjecture and Twin Prime Conjecture

Abstract: In this article we will discuss and show a new formula that constructs the Set of Prime Numbers in a recursive and strictly increasing manner, as well as two new conjectures arising from said formula, which hypothetically and respectively propose a way to construct in a recursive and strictly increasing manner the set of all pairs of twin primes, and given any even number greater than 2, locate a pair of primes whose sum effectively gives such a given even number. Therefore, if such conjectures turned out to be true, the truth of both the Goldbach Conjecture and the Twin Prime Conjecture would be immediately demonstrated.
