Abstract: The alumni search of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, FKIP, Alkhairaat University aims to evaluate the extent to which the education received by alumni is relevant to the world of work and to identify the successes, challenges, and contributions of alumni in various sectors, especially in the fields of education and language. This search also aims to obtain feedback that can be used for curriculum development and improving the quality of learning. The results of the search indicate that most alumni have contributed significantly to the education sector, both as educators and in other fields such as media and publishing. Alumni also assessed that the competencies obtained during their studies were quite adequate even though there were several challenges related to professional development and job opportunities. Based on the results of the search, it is recommended that study programs emphasize technology-based skills and strengthen relationships with the world of work to facilitate alumni placement. This alumni search also provides important insights in building an alumni network that can enrich students' academic and professional experiences and strengthen the position of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program in the future.
