Abstract: This study determined the extent of Brigada Eskwela implementation and its impact on school infrastructure in Compostela West District, Davao de Oro Schools Division. Using a descriptive-correlational research design, it assessed five domains of Brigada Eskwela: volunteer participation, infrastructure improvement, resource mobilization, community engagement, and sustainability. The study also evaluated four dimensions of infrastructure development: classroom adequacy, facilities and equipment, sanitation and hygiene, and accessibility. Data from 145 respondents were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression. Findings showed that Brigada Eskwela was widely implemented, particularly in volunteer participation and community engagement. School infrastructure development was rated as comprehensive, with sanitation facilities receiving the highest ratings. A significant positive relationship was found between the implementation of Brigada Eskwela and infrastructure development (r = 0.825, p < 0.001). Regression analysis revealed that infrastructure improvement, sustainability, and resource mobilization had a significant influence on outcomes, whereas volunteer participation and community engagement did not have a significant predictive effect. The study concludes that effective implementation of Brigada Eskwela enhances physical learning environments. Recommendations were made to sustain successful practices.
