Facilitating FAIR Principles in Biomedical Photonics with a Cloud-based platform

Abstract: Poster presented at the International Conference on BioMedical Photonics (ICBP) 2025. The management of extensive data across multiple systemspresents a common challenge in Biomedical Photonics research. Data information, as bio-images or experimental records are typically stored on separate platforms (as OMERO or ELNs). A significant gap currently exists in systems capable of linking data from various bioimage sources. To address this gap, we propose LEO (Linking Electronic Lab Notebook with OMERO), a web-based solution.
