Abstract: Three-photon fluorescecne micrsocopy data acquired for manuscript by Gustafsson et al. Each .tif file is a tiled z-stack image of the thymus, separated into 3 groups: Ct: Control; Tk: Sham; Tx: ThyMC, as described in the manuscript. The files will need to be downloaded (~10.5 GB) and saved into a folder.
