Abstract: Block-Matrix Cosmology – A multiscale theoretical model treating the universe as a hierarchy of interacting “blocks” within a continuous matrix. Using the concept of time-state (ts) to describe local temporal phases, it explores block formation, evolution, and reorganization across scales—from quantum systems to cosmic structures. The framework connects fundamental forces with recent astrophysical observations, offering testable predictions on structure, dynamics, and temporal behavior.
